We have 14 stainless steel tanks, amounting to 1650hl total capacity and countless French oak barrels, the latter used exclusively to make our 2 AOC Limoux cuvees. The wine makers- Laurent & Richard- are constantly monitoring the wine and employ a policy of minimum intervention, ensuring that no nasties get in to the wine to cause any damage to the consumer. Bottling is all done onsite by a state of the art bottling lorry. All our stock is stored onsite in a temperature controlled environment.
