Tasting Note: This wine, named after the ancient name of our village of Cepie, comes with great punch and attack. Spicy nose with hints of ginger & cinnamon leads to rose petal and Turkish delight on the palate with robust tannins at the finish. Long & persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Great with earthy dishes and many curries.
