Tasting Note: Capella oozes lovely red fruit flavours with a touch of sweet spice, balance on the palate and great length on the finish. Drinking well now and will cellar 5-8 years.
Food pairing: Heavenly with daube de boeuf & perfect partner to grilled quail dishes.
